President Obama will deliver the State of the Union address on Tuesday.

The House is scheduled to consider the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (H.R. 36).
Human Trafficking- On Wednesday, the House Judiciary Committee will mark up H.R. 350, a bill to direct the Interagency Task Force to Monitor and Combat Trafficking to identify strategies to prevent children from becoming victims of trafficking and review trafficking prevention efforts, and to protect and assist in the recovery of victims of trafficking. The committee also will consider H.R. 159, the Stop Exploitation Through Trafficking Act; H.R. 181, the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act; and H.R. 285, to provide a penalty for knowingly selling advertising that offers certain commercial sex acts.
