Floor Action:
 
Appropriations- The House is scheduled to consider H.R. 7617, a bill that includes the FY2021 Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies; Defense; Financial Services and General Government; Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies; and Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies spending bills.
 
Child Care- The House also is scheduled to consider H.R. 7027, the Child Care is Essential Act, and H.R. 7327, the Child Care for Economic Recovery Act.
 
The Senate is in session this week.
 

Mark-Ups:

Employment- On Wednesday, the House Natural Resources Committee will consider several bills, including H.R. 6636, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Sexual Harassment and Assault Prevention Improvements Act of 2020.

Hearings:
 
Human Trafficking- On Tuesday, the House Science, Space, and Technology Subcommittees on Investigations on Oversight and Research and Technology will hold a joint hearing, “The Role of Technology in Countering Trafficking in Persons.”
 
International- On Wednesday, the House Foreign Affairs Committee Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations will holding a hearing, “Diversity and Diplomacy: Assessing the State Department’s Record in Promoting Diversity and Inclusion.”
 

Military- On Wednesday, the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Military Personnel will hold a hearing, “The Military’s #MeToo Movement: An Examination of Sexual Harassment and Perceived Retaliation in the Department of Defense and at Fort Hood.”
