Floor Action:
Human Trafficking- This week, the House is scheduled to consider several bills to address sex trafficking: the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act (H.R. 3530), the Stop Exploitation Through Trafficking Act (H.R. 3610), the Stop Advertising Victims of Exploitation (SAVE) Act (H.R. 4225), the Preventing Sex Trafficking and Improving Opportunities for Youth in Foster Care Act (H.R. 4058), and the International Megan’s Law to Prevent Demand for Child Sex Trafficking Act (H.R. 4573).
International- The House also is scheduled to consider a resolution condemning the abduction of female students by armed militants from the terrorist group known as Boko Haram (H. Res. 573).
Military– The House is likely to consider the FY2015 National Defense Authorization Act (H.R. 4435).

Violence Against Women- On Wednesday, the Senate Indian Affairs Committee will mark up the Alaska Safe Families and Villages Act (S. 1474).
