Aly Neel worked as a legislative fellow in the office of Senator Tammy Baldwin (WI). She also served as an adviser on global civil society engagement to the UN Foundation’s Policy Team. Originally from Louisiana, she received her Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University. Prior to graduate school, Aly was a journalist based in Istanbul, Turkey. She was a Susan Scanlan Fellow.
