On August 4, the Senate approved, by unanimous consent, a resolution (S. Res. 532) sponsored by Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) encouraging parents to help their children excel. The House approved a similar resolution (H. Res. 763) on June 6 (see The Source, 6/9/06)
