Floor Action: The House and Senate are in session this week. 

Health– On Tuesday, the House will consider H.R. 498, the Do No Harm in Medicaid Act, to prohibit Federal Medicaid funding for gender transition procedures for minors. On Tuesday, the House will also consider H.R. 3492, the Protect Children’s Innocence Act, which criminalizes genital and bodily mutilation and chemical castration of minors. 

Human Trafficking– On Tuesday, the House will consider H.R. 4371, the Kayla Hamilton Act, which amends the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 to enhance efforts to combat the trafficking of children.
