Military/Violence Against Women- This week, the Senate may consider two proposals to address sexual assault in the military as part of the Repeal Military Retiree COLA Change Act (S. 1963): the Military Justice Improvement Act (S. 1752), sponsored by Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) and the Victims Protection Act (S. 1775 and S. 1917), sponsored by Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO).
