Floor Action:

Appropriations- This week, the Senate may consider a package of FY2020 spending bills yet to be determined.

Crime- On Wednesday, the House is scheduled to consider H.R. 777, the Debbie Smith Reauthorization Act.

Small Business- On Monday, the House is scheduled to consider H.R. 4405, the Women’s Business Centers Improvement Act, and H.R. 4406, the Small Business Development Centers Improvement Act.

Hearings:

Employment- On Tuesday, the House Education and Labor Subcommittee on Civil Rights and Human Services will hold a hearing, “Long Overdue: Exploring the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (H.R. 2694).”

Veterans- On Tuesday, the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee will hold a hearing on several bills, including H.R. 4165, the Improving Benefits for Underserved Veterans Act.”
