Rhonda Richards, Senior Legislative Representative, AARP, who will speak on elder care issues and how caregiving responsibilities affect working women. 

Lynette Fraga, Ph.D, Chief Executive Officer, Child Care Aware of America, who will speak about child care during the pandemic and key issues federal policymakers should consider.
