Emily M. Dickens, Chief of Staff, Head of Government Relations, and Corporate Secretary, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), who will speak about SHRM research, tools and HR best practices that create workplace cultures supportive of women.

Kate Meckler, International Vice President, Director, Region 7 – Northwestern, United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (UFCW), who will speak on the challenges facing women in the food retail, meat packing and processing, and other impacted industries.

Carla M. Gallo, Chief Business Officer, GK Pharmaceuticals, Manatí, Puerto Rico, who will speak to how the pandemic has impacted this woman-owned small business.

Kym Ramsey, Founder and Owner, Ric and Kym, LLC DBA The Willow School, Norristown, PA; Founder and President, Norristown Chamber of Commerce, who will speak to the impact of the pandemic on her woman-owned, private, full-day preschool program.
