Washington, D.C. – The Women’s Congressional Policy Institute (WCPI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lindley Sherer and Krysta Juris to its Board of Directors.
“We are incredibly excited to welcome Lindley Sherer and Krysta Juris to WCPI’s Board of Directors,” said Jennifer Lockwood-Shabat, President of WCPI. “Both bring exceptional expertise from Capitol Hill, the private sector, and national political leadership. Their insight and commitment to bipartisanship will help WCPI continue to advance issues of importance to women and families and inspire the next generation of bipartisan women leaders on Capitol Hill and beyond.”
“WCPI is fortunate to have Lindley Sherer and Krysta Juris join our Board. Their strategic experience and dedication to public service will be instrumental in helping WCPI expand our impact, deepen our programming, and uplift the next generation of women in policy and government,” said Mary-Lacey Reuther, WCPI Board Chair.
Krysta Juris is the founder of Two Lights Strategies, a government relations and strategic visibility firm. She brings extensive experience across the government, political, and corporate sectors, having served as Chief of Staff in the U.S. Senate, on the legal team at Stripe, and on the public policy team at Meta. Krysta spent nearly a decade in Senate leadership as a senior aide to Majority Leader Harry Reid, shaping legislative, communications, and political strategy. A proud Maine native and graduate of the University of Maryland, she is deeply committed to bipartisan collaboration and empowering women leaders in policy and government.
Lindley Kratovil Sherer is the co-chair of the government relations practice at Invariant, a top-ranked, full-service advisory firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. With two decades of experience across Capitol Hill, the Executive Branch, and on political campaigns, Lindley’s leadership has been essential to countless organizations and issues. She previously served as Chief of Staff to Representative Elise Stefanik (R-NY) and as Legislative Director to Representatives Todd Rokita (R-IN) and Scott Tipton (R-CO). Lindley also held roles in the George W. Bush Administration, including the White House Office of Legislative Affairs, the Department of the Treasury, and the Office of the Vice President, where she focused on advancing key legislative and policy priorities.
Their appointments follow the appointments of Liz Johnson, Fiona Kohrman, and Sarah Towles to WCPI’s Board in October 2025.
