Tim Walberg (R-MI)/Education and the Workforce (2/1/16)—A bill to direct the secretary of Labor to train certain Department of Labor personnel how to effectively detect and assist law enforcement in preventing human trafficking during the course of their primary roles and responsibilities, and for other purposes.

H.R. 4430— Rep. Dina Titus (D-NV)/Transportation and Infrastructure, Judiciary (2/2/16)—A bill to include training for certain employees of air carriers to combat human trafficking, and for other purposes.

H.R. 4478—Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA)/Armed Services (2/4/16)—A bill to extend the registration and conscription requirements of the Selective Service System, currently applicable only to men between the ages of 18 and 26, to women between those ages to reflect the opening of Combat Arms Military Occupational Specialties to women.

S. 2487—Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA)/Veterans’ Affairs (2/3/16)—A bill to direct the secretary of Veterans Affairs to identify mental health care and suicide prevention programs and metrics that are effective in treating women veterans as part of the evaluation of such programs by the secretary, and for other purposes.
