On October 19, the Senate passed, by unanimous consent, H.R. 621, a bill to mint $1 coins commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Girl Scouts USA. The House passed the bill on October 13 (see The Source, 10/16/09). President Obama is expected to sign the measure into law.
