On April 9, the House passed, by voice vote, a resolution (H. Res. 141) to express the condolences of the House of Representatives on the death of Baroness Margaret Thatcher, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The resolution was sponsored by Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA).
