Internet Protection Act Heads to White House

On September 30, the Senate passed, by unanimous consent, S. 431, the Keeping the Internet Devoid of Sexual Predators (KIDS) Act. The House passed S. 431 last week with an amendment by Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) that included minor clarifying provisions (see The Source, 9/26/08). The president is expected to sign the bill into law.
