Floor Action: The Senate and House are in session this week.  

Women’s History- On Wednesday, the House will vote on H.R. 1329, the Smithsonian American Women’s History Museum Act.  

Mark-Ups: 

Women’s History- On Wednesday, the House Oversight and Government Reform will mark-up a number of bills, including H.R. 3350, a bill to designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 340 East 1st Street in Tustin, California , as the “Ursula Ellen Kennedy Post Office Building.”  

Hearings: 

Judiciary- On Thursday, the Senate Health Education Labor and Pensions Committee will hold an open hearing on “Protecting Our Children: Exposing the Dangers of Irreversible Gender Transition Procedures on Minors.”   

Violence Against Women- On Wednesday, the House Veterans Affairs Committee will hold a legislative hearing on a number of bills, including H.R. 5203, a bill to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to update directives of the Department of Veterans Affairs regarding the management of acute sexual assault, and for other purposes.
