Violence Against Women

S. 4115—Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA)/Budget (4/28/22)—A bill to curtail the use of changes in mandatory programs affecting the Crime Victims Fund to inflate spending. This bill contains provisions to provide funding assistance to rape crisis centers and domestic violence shelters, as well as compensation to victims of child abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, and other crimes.
