Judiciary 

S. 4916—Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR)/Judiciary (11/18/20)—A bill to divert certain parents of minor children, expectant parents, and other caregivers from incarceration and into comprehensive programs providing resources, services, and training to those individuals and their families.

H.R. 8772—Rep. Vicente Gonzalez (D-TX)/Judiciary; Homeland Security (11/18/20)—A bill to expand the grants authorized under Jennifer’s Law and Kristen’s Act to include processing of unidentified remains, resolving missing persons cases, and for other purposes. 

H.R. 8774—Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA)/Judiciary (11/18/20)—A bill to divert certain parents of minor children, expectant parents, and other caregivers from incarceration and into comprehensive programs providing resources, services, and training to those individuals and their families. 

 

Military

Violence Against Women 

S. 4904—Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV)/Judiciary (11/17/20)—A bill to ensure crime victims are not denied compensation because of rape kit backlogs, and for other purposes.
