On December 22, the Senate passed, by unanimous consent, an amended version of the FY2011 Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act (H.R. 6523). The House agreed, also by unanimous consent, to the Senate amendments the same day; the House passed the original version of the bill on December 17 (see The Source, 12/17/10). President Obama is expected to sign the bill into law.
