Aimee Phelan worked as a legislative fellow in the office of Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney (NY-12). She earned a Master’s degree in International Commerce and Policy at George Mason University. Aimee is a California native and previously worked in variety of business operation and finance positions at Grant Thornton, The Asia Foundation, and Booz Allen Hamilton, consulting for the Office of Head Start – Region IX. Aimee was the Susan Scanlan Fellow.
