On May 23, the Senate passed, 89-0, the Adam Walsh Reauthorization Act. The Senate Judiciary Committee approved the legislation on April 14 (see The Source, 4/15/16).
The measure contains provisions to improve the apprehension and monitoring of sex offenders and enhance the rights of sexual assault survivors.
