Senate Passes Bill to Reauthorize Breast Cancer Stamp

On September 22, the Senate passed, by unanimous consent, the Breast Cancer Research Stamp Reauthorization Act (S. 1170). The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee approved the measure on July 29 (see The Source, 7/31/15).
